- They could have won me back if my second and third replacement had not failed as well.  Now, for gaming, they have lost me completely.  I switched to a PS3 and have no complaints so far.

- When I had my fourth red ring of death, I gave up.  I am not the proud owner of a PS3.  I would never had changed over to Sony if the XBOX had not let me down so many times.
